This is an intermediate level qualification designed for individuals employed or seeking employment in a variety of roles including (but not limited to)
- Call/Contact Centre Agent
- Customer Service Representative
- Senior Customer Service Representative
- Telesales Representative
The Certificate III in Customer Contact is the ideal qualification for individuals who to perform the role of a skilled operator and to apply a broad range of competencies in a varied work context, using some discretion and judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. It is designed to provide customer contact specialist with skills in using basic computer technology, using electronic communication devices, providing product service information, maintaining customer records, providing quality customer service, dealing with customer contact sales, data collection, and promoting products and services.
Am I eligible?
BSB20207 Certificate III in Customer Contact or other relevant qualification/s. Consideration will be given to your academic and/or work histories.
What will I receive?
On successful completion learners will receive a Certificate III in Customer Contact or a Statement of Attainment for competencies completed.
Can I go on to further training?
Yes. Successful completion of this course may gain recognition of your studies towards the Certificate IV of Customer Contact.
How long will the training take?
Approximately 12 months, however the training duration will depend on the electives and study mode selected.
