This is an Advanced level qualification designed for individuals employed or seeking employment in a variety of roles including (but not limited to):
- Analyst
- Quality Assurance Coordinator or Manager
- Scheduler
- Subject Matter Expert/Coach
- Team Leader
The Certificate IV in Customer Contact is the ideal qualification for individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to, or review management practices within the customer contact sector. It is designed to provide management with the tools to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources and provide leadership and guidance to others.
Am I eligible?
BSB30207 Certificate IV in Customer Contact or other relevant qualification/s. Consideration will be given to your academic and/or work histories.
What will I receive?
On successful completion learners will receive a Certificate IV in Customer Contact or a Statement of Attainment for competencies completed.
Can I go on to further training?
Yes. Successful completion of this course may gain recognition of your studies towards the Diploma of Customer Contact or other Advanced Diploma qualifications.
How long will the training take?
Approximately 24 months, however the training duration will depend on the electives and study mode selected.
